Superintendent Dr. Sonia Dinnall is inviting educators, administrators, staff, students, families, and community partners to share their perspectives by completing a brief districtwide survey that will help guide the next phase of the district’s Strategic Growth Plan.
Grounded in a shared belief in students, one another, and the power of education, the survey is designed to gather feedback on what is working well across the district, where structures and supports can be strengthened, and how Springfield Public Schools can continue to empower educators and leaders to support strong teaching, meaningful learning, and effective leadership.
Feedback collected through the survey will help inform the district’s strategic direction and build on Springfield Public Schools’ shared Portrait of a Graduate, reinforcing the district’s ongoing commitment to ensuring every student is prepared to thrive.
